Hello! I’m facing an unusual issue. Moving the mouse over the Windows taskbar causes the desktop to refresh, and it also affects running programs. In Task Manager, when I moved my mouse to the taskbar, CPU usage spiked rapidly. I’ve tried troubleshooting steps and ran virus scans, but haven’t found the root cause. Some users reported similar problems after updating to Windows 10. I’ve used this system for at least six months without issues so far. It started today and is becoming increasingly bothersome. Anyone else experience this? Thank you.

I encountered this problem before and can't recall the exact fix, but here are some troubleshooting steps: 1) Restart your PC if needed 2) Look for Windows updates 3) Restart Windows Explorer via Task Manager 4) Restart OneDrive in Task Manager. If none of these work, it might be a background program issue.
