So a few weeks back I replaced some components on my PC—first a GPU, then an SSD and PSU. After that, I started noticing issues. In Task Manager the usage numbers jump up and down really quickly. When this happens, my computer slows down and programs consume way more CPU than normal. This is something I've never experienced before. You might have some ideas or help available. This situation is really odd; I've never noticed Task Manager refresh so fast before. If nothing works, reinstalling Windows might be the next step.
