Windows 11: version 21H2 OS build 22000.2538. System details show no active app during this issue, even at startup. Recent changes include replacing two RAM sticks with identical speed but higher capacity versions, maintaining the same DDR4 type. An M.2 SSD was added near the CPU, and the original boot SSD was moved to a lower M.2 slot.

It's typical to find many of them because each Windows service usually has a corresponding entry, either built into the operating system or from third-party applications.

It’s doable to identify which programs are active. Since you’ve only installed Signal RGB recently, you might want to check its activity logs or run a system scan to confirm there are no hidden processes.

Task Manager displays its current status, though it may not match older versions. Consider using Process Hacker to see what's active. Perform a malware scan with tools like Malwarebytes.
