Task Manager requires significant time to initialize.
Whenever I attempt to launch Task Manager, it takes a long time to load and the window becomes unresponsive for some periods (video attached below). This issue started after I purchased this laptop. Up until now, I've only upgraded the RAM. NOTE: My machine is a Dell Inspiron 7591 with an i5-9300H processor, GTX 1050 Ti, 16 GB of 2666MHz RAM, and a 512 GB NVMe SSD. 647295300_2022-05-3018-22-12.mp4 Edited May 31, 2022 by loadironmania adding computer specs
NVME/SSD or HDD based laptop? It seems common for many HDD-based machines to still function if they're used elsewhere.
It runs smoothly even during recording and video processing. The file handles large files well, though it may feel slow on my laptop due to the HDD. It’s noticeably faster than hwinfo64 and other tools. The dark mode is now available in Windows 11 (though the original dev is still a bit surprised).
You need to determine what kind of system interrupts are occurring, as I’m not sure what’s causing the slowdown. Gathering full specifications, the model number, and any relevant details could help identify the issue.
