Recently encountered the same problem with Division 2. The game functions normally until it freezes, then it locks up. The only solution is using TaskManager to suspend the app, which indicates it's in a suspended state. No patch has been released for this issue, and it seems to affect just this game. I've tried updating drivers, reinstalling the game, and resetting the system, but the problem persists.
