Recently I received an update and every game I start freezes, appearing in a new status in Task Manager—usually labeled Suspended, then closing. I don’t think it’s because of insufficient resources. My system runs a 3700x on an x570 platform with 32 gigabytes Trident Z, and 2-1070s. I’ve noticed before this issue began that my GPU usage never exceeded 10 percent during Cyberpunk. Not sure if that matters. Need advice.

Have you experimented using just one card rather than SLI?

No, your games are not installed on a HDD.

I haven't noticed anything, but could there be a chance of losing the card? I'm hoping it's okay. I'll give it a try now, thank you for your reply.

There are varying levels of performance. I have numerous drives installed on my PC. Some games load from an M.2 drive, while most are stored on an HDD. It seems rust and Cyberpunk are likely on the hard drive.

You're also seeing increased power consumption in Task Manager.

There were problems where games wouldn't start and the hard drive was failing quickly.

That's a potential scenario. It looks like the update changed my performance mode to normal, I restored it to high performance and removed the SLI bridge. So far, everything seems fine in Rust, and I'm testing it out.

I checked for a solution, Rust has been crashing for months. I get over 100 fps with maximum graphics settings, but the only thing slowing it down is lowering the graphics. I noticed it stops after trying all other options, and I realized this happened one day.
