Consider these options:
1- Press Windows key + X
2- Open command prompt as Administrator
3- Enter the command: SFC /scannow
4- Confirm and restart the computer

I’m assuming the page is entirely empty and you didn’t alter it to hide details for privacy, which explains why users often say “use another tab.” This isn’t something I’ve encountered before. You might try the link provided in the Microsoft forum for Windows 10 performance issues.
