Hey everyone, I'm facing a problem with my Task Manager on the new system. It keeps showing 100% CPU usage even though it's not that high. Also, the Argus Monitor displays 100% CPU when usage is only 8-10%. A screenshot from Safe Mode was attached. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Open Ryzen Master. Your system might feel a bit sluggish, and Task Manager isn’t working properly.

I switched my power plan to "balanced" and reset it back to the default. It appears this resolved the issue, bringing CPU usage back to normal. Still, it doesn’t align with Dragon Center/Ryzen Master/Argus Monitor. What’s going on?
