I've noticed a problem with the Task Manager on Windows 10—it doesn't display GPU usage, showing only 20 to 30 percent even though temperatures and clock speeds are high.

There may be additional GPU usage that isn't visible in the general overview. Since the GPU details in Task Manager focus mainly on 3D tasks, it's possible you're handling something different. Are you playing a game?

It's unusual, but the task manager can sometimes handle this. Consider trying Hwinfo64 to check consistency. The free download of HWiNFO Software | Installer & Portable for Windows, DOS is available.
