I just restarted my computer to load the required program, and now it’s displaying the right RAM stats in Task Manager. I’ll keep going as scheduled. Looks like this confirms the problem isn’t consistent.
Checking the other two DIMM slots to see if it works. If you're currently in slots 2 and 4, switching to 1 and 3 might also work depending on the configuration.
I couldn't launch MemTestx86 because it needed an external USB stick and I don’t have my flash drive. However, I managed to capture a screenshot from CPUZ’s memory tab. This photo was taken when all 16GB of RAM suddenly appeared and became functional again.
It could have been resolved by simply reinserting the RAM. However, it might be useful to try all possible configurations in different slots to pinpoint the problem. The issue may have been minor debris or corrosion on the RAM pins or slot after cleaning.
It's now operating near its intended speed, as shown in your initial screen capture—it was around 1333... Odd. Your system still has a half-gigabyte reserved, and I just verified that my allocation is 98MB. Unclear why the memory is being restricted.
I checked my system and Task Manager indicates it's operating at 3200MHz even though it's using dual channels (essentially running at 1600MHz each). I'm not sure why yours is showing a single channel speed. Probably the RAM could be the issue, and it might be worth replacing it. The RAM is available at a good price.

I haven't worked with DDR4 vengeance RAM before, but I've used a DDR3 low-profile version for more than five years. I pushed it to its limits with an i7 4790k that was also overclocked, and it never stopped working. It seems the 2600 Ryzen model struggles above around 3000MHz—probably because of the 3000MHz limit mentioned by someone else. Don't invest in fast RAM that's heavily rated but offers little practical gain; it usually settles at 2133 or 2400 without extra features, and most kits I've tried reach 2933 with slightly relaxed timing.
