Hyper-V isn't set up on my machine. I'm using Windows 10 Home, but I couldn't turn it off or follow the instructions provided. People say it doesn't work with Home versions.

It's mostly just false information with no real impact. If it's Home 10, it's another aspect that leads to this effect.

Windows appears to include this capability built-in. Tools like CPU-Z or similar applications would display accurate details.

Check the software with CPU-Z or another reliable monitor tool. As mentioned in the previous link, this issue has existed after Microsoft updated Task Manager. You can see how often others have discussed it via our search function.
