In Task Manager it shows overall CPU usage, yet each process reports 0% utilization. Do you know any solution for this?

I think there might be a chance the number is being rounded, and the values look similar to those in the "Disk" column—specifically, they’re below 0.5 so they shouldn’t be rounded up. There seems to be no option to display decimal percentages in the "CPU" column either.
I’m not sure if there’s a solution to this issue.

Also, click the small upward or downward pointing arrows in the column headers to adjust the sorting order. Check other Task Manager settings and related columns: App History, the Status Column, and also Details. In the Status column, review efficiency options. Avoid concentrating only on one column. Use resource values instead of percentages. Right-click a selected Process for additional options.
