No XMP profile has been activated. I attempted to configure it manually via BIOS since there were reported issues with XMP profiles. Would it help to try XMP once to test its functionality? Should I restore the previous setting before experimenting with XMP? If the system crashes, what steps should I take next?
Consider the clock speed at 1600 lines per CPU. Because RAM uses DDR or double data rate, the real speed becomes twice that or 3200 instead of 1600.
3200MHz effective speed, meaning 1600MHz clock. Unless JEDEC updates with a newer 3200 standard, it seems you're likely using XMP.
I adjusted it myself rather than turning on XMP. I’m unsure if it works as well or not. Appreciate the feedback.

You're either a tech expert with optimized memory timings, or you're lucky enough to boot up quickly—otherwise you might need XMP support in BIOS. Steve, Anthony, or Wendel is essentially Tech Jesus, kind of like a tech consortium if you like it.
My bios preferences reflect either another topic or the good fortune of being here.
I believed I added the timing for 3200, but it's still fine. I'd like to benchmark it now and test enabling only XMP to compare results.
