Hello, Your taskbar frequently appears and interrupts your work, especially when fullscreen is active. This started after either a Windows update or installing MS Teams. After removing MS Teams, the problem continues. I’m unsure if a recent Windows update is the cause. Could there be known issues with the latest version? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

No, the start menu does not open under these circumstances.

Only the bar works. Pressing the Windows key at the right moment seems to clear it. That was pure coincidence. It appears my mouse briefly acts like a loading bar for a tiny second.

Created a simple Python program to identify the active foreground application. Left it running while you watched videos in fullscreen. Google Drive was likely the issue, with a background process causing disruptions. Uninstalled it afterward.
