Hi, my system has been operating smoothly for just over a year. Recently, while browsing the web lightly, it suddenly stopped. The motherboard lights stayed on but no action occurred when I tried to switch it off. I’ve seen many explanations online, but I’m trying to figure out the cause without being able to replace parts right now.

A gentle refurbishment focusing on reseating removable parts such as ram and gpu, inspecting all power cables on both sides, including the component and psu areas. Attempt to verify if the pumpblock from the aio cpu cooler is functioning. Check if power is supplied directly from the wall or via an extension cable, and test straight from the wall. Perform a clear CMOS reset as well.
So I took it down and checked the components first. It was RAM one stick at a time, none worked, so I put back my old RAM and only three slots were working, which led me to drop two RAM sticks. My GPU looks new but seems dead when inserted, but it worked with my old 1080 card. I tried that GPU in another PC and it wouldn’t boot, suggesting the cable might be faulty or the card is damaged.
