Hello, I hope this message finds you well. My tablet has a weak typing system and a USB-C port, and I'm trying to switch it for temperature monitoring. I've set everything up to wake up when charging, but the issue persists even when connected to a PC that's turned off. The tablet is an allwiner T8100 stock ROM with the file VID_20250419_160316_mp4. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Plugging it back in after turning off your PC still allows it to charge.
When the PC is off, there’s no power reaching the USB ports. The tablet continues to have the same issue even after unplugging and plugging it in. I don’t understand why; it works fine with a Redmi phone, but the LEDs stay on. This behavior persists throughout the tablet’s battery usage.
Because no one can assist, I believe this approach will function well. One possible method is to attach a USB-C cable and connect the positive and negative terminals to the 5V power cable on the PC power supply. Then use the app I currently rely on to activate the tablet when the PC starts. This seems like the most effective solution to bypass the issue.
