Systems malfunctioning unexpectedly – computer stops working.
Hello everyone, I'm setting up this thread on behalf of a friend. If more info is needed, I'll share it. In short, the monitors are shutting down randomly, the audio plays but the microphone input fails. The only solution is to power off the system by pressing the power button. After restarting, the resolution returns to the default, assuming no graphics drivers are installed (around 800x720). This issue only appears every 1 to 4 hours. The event log doesn't record any critical errors. A stress test suggested it might be linked to high GPU usage, but the test completed without issues. Right now I'm unsure what's causing it and would appreciate any guidance.
