It could be a scam. System32 is primarily for Windows systems and not available on Linux.

You definitely need to remove system 32. It takes up room on your SSD or hard drive. Alright, let's move past this nonsense. I really don’t get why anyone would say that. You can’t even delete it because Windows blocks it.
