As you are replacing the motherboard i believe you will have to reinstall, if there is a way to use it across hardware like that i don't know it.

OEM components are either branded (like Dell, HP, etc., indicated on the label) or non-branded. The latter can be sold as retail items, while the former are not valid with different motherboards.
