I've encountered an issue where my PC frequently shuts down unexpectedly. The display shows the screen continuously until sleep mode activates. Power reaches through, fans operate, but RGB lighting and cooling components remain active. Only the graphics card appears inactive—its lights are off and fans aren't running. This occurrence is becoming more frequent. I've replaced everything except the wireless card and CPU, yet no firmware updates are available for my graphics card, and software fails to locate new updates. After a crash, power and reset buttons stop functioning, requiring me to turn off the power supply switch to restart. My system specs include an AMD Ryzen 2700X with stock cooler, 16 GB G.Skill memory, a 500 GB NVMe SSD paired with a 1 TB Seagate HDD, a Corsair CX650M power supply, and an ROG STRIX B450F gaming PC. I suspect the problem relates to my graphics card or motherboard, though I'm unsure. It seems to happen without warning. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, it's been a while. My PC still crashed recently, and I haven't used it in a few days. A memory test showed everything looks normal. I just added another case fan (though it probably won't help much). I also removed several pre-installed or bloatware programs, hoping it might make a difference. I've pressed the power and reset buttons repeatedly, as well as held them down. Neither method restarts the PC. It seems there may be a delay before the system fully resets, but I need to turn the power switch completely on and off.
