System unexpectedly stopping on a computer.
System unexpectedly stopping on a computer.
Hi everyone. My gaming PC has been working well for six months, but it suddenly shuts down randomly while doing nothing. I've checked all settings, cables, thermal paste, and even ran antivirus scans. The specs look good, but the issue keeps happening. If you need more details or want to see a photo of the machine, just let me know. Thanks in advance!
Another friend experienced an issue with their laptop's power button, causing it to shut down unexpectedly.
Activate the PC and remove the power button connector from the motherboard. Also, review the Event Viewer logs to determine the reason for the recent crash or shutdown.
Remove the front panel connection, then lightly connect the power terminals using a screwdriver or similar metal tool
Thanks for the update. Because of my workload I managed to run a full test today. The PC has been operating smoothly for six hours without any issues now. I’m just trying to figure out how to resolve this problem. Since I still have warranty coverage, I plan to contact the case manufacturer first. I checked the event viewer and it didn’t display any reason for the recent shutdown—this was my first use today. Appreciate your support!
