Recently, my computer has experienced unexpected freezes while using it. The pauses range from a few seconds to several minutes. Games become unplayable and apps load much slower than usual. Task manager shows no unusual activity. This issue seems unrelated to system alerts. My machine is a 3-year-old I5-8400 processor with 8GB RAM, an Intel 1070 processor, 128GB SSD, and a 1TB hard drive. Any suggestions?
