System unexpectedly shutting down and rebooting repeatedly
Hello, I recently bought a pre-assembled PC from cyberpowerpc and haven’t managed to fix it properly through their support. My problem: Every few days or once a week I’ll be watching a YouTube video, or working on Photoshop, etc. And I’ll move a tab around or click away to something and my PC will freeze. My three monitors go black one at a time, then after a minute or more the keyboard and mouse turn off too. After that the PC restarts completely. No blue screen, no errors, nothing. The PC doesn’t even shut down fully. What I’ve tried: swapped GPU (replaced since they thought it was the issue), ran a RAM diagnostic (no errors), used Magician to check Samsung SSDs (no issues), changed power cord and power strip, updated all drives. PC specs: CPU AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16-core/32-thread 4.5GHz (turbo 5.7GHz), 80MB cache, AM5 motherboard, MSI MPG X670E, carbon WiFi, 2.5GbT LAN, PCIe x16, M.2, SATA [+195], fan Corsair iCUE H150i RGB ELITE 360mm, memory 64GB (32GBx2) DDR5/5200MHz dual channel, power supply 1200W Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 80 PLUS Platinum with ultra quiet fan). Video: ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX™ 4090 24GB GDDR6X gaming card (Ada Lovelace), VR ready. Please let me know if this helps. Thanks!
