My computer shuts down unexpectedly and I don’t understand the cause. I’ve used many tips from YouTube, but they only help temporarily. The strange part is that resetting Windows fixes it for a couple of weeks, after which the random restarts resume. It also restarts when I run CPU-heavy tasks like opening many programs or playing games right after booting. I think it’s related to the CPU or RAM, but why does it work for two weeks after a Windows reset? After a fresh installation and temperatures staying below 70°C, I ran benchmarks and everything functioned normally. My specs include: Ryzen 5 5600G, RX 6650, 2x 16GB RAM at 2666MHz, TeamGroup 1 (Elite Gold Edition), and Corsair TX750 power supply.

Ensure connectors are properly linked and test functionality; if issues persist, consider reinstalling Windows.

The connectors are positioned accurately, which is why reinstalling Windows works.

the problem unfortunately still occurs after the reset. Now after the reset I see that it looks like the pc restarts when theres a spike in cpu usage like when I boot up a game. Now I can most of the tries not even go past the loginscreen for longer than 5 seconds

Event viewer displays system information and logs. No BSODs occur during restarts. It might help to inspect the thermal paste on your CPU.

Your temperatures are fine until they rise (especially during intense tasks). What kind of CPU cooler are we discussing? Have you confirmed the fans are operating correctly? If you need to apply thermal paste, a bit of isopropyl alcohol and paper towels will do, followed by using a microfiber cloth to remove any leftovers. It's also important to inspect the RAM and verify that all components are functioning properly.

I use the stock AMD cooler with the thermal paste included. I ran a Cinebench test and the CPU stayed below 55°C. I attempted removing one RAM stick to see if it would help, but it didn’t. I’ll try using another RAM stick and a different port.
EDIT: Tested separate RAM sticks and various slots without success.
