Over the past few months my computer has experienced unexpected shutdowns. During these events it stops showing anything on both monitors, though the system lights stay lit and the CPU indicator appears. The only solution seems to be a hard reset of the power supply. Even after that, the machine may briefly restart before returning to its prior condition. Restarting the power supply several times lets me access Windows, but the problem resurfaces afterward. I've tried checking for corrupted Windows files and used a repair tool, which temporarily fixed the issue for hours before it returned. It appears to occur randomly, often without any noticeable load on the hardware. It usually stops after a day or two before happening again. After logging back into Windows, the event viewer no longer displays relevant errors about shutdowns. I'm unsure what to do next and would appreciate any guidance.

Only the screens are turned off while the computer keeps operating. If you were listening to a video, you'd likely still hear the sound.

Determine if it's an older or newer RM unit and specify the exact model. Clarify your experience with it under various conditions, especially regarding clean power from the outlet and load performance.

I’m ready, I can confidently confirm you’re using an older BIOS version. Update the system with the newest BIOS files and install the latest AMD chipset drivers. Disable features like Hybrid Sleep, Fast Boot, and Hybernation.
