It seems like there might be a power supply problem, so consider getting a friend's to check it out.

I just completed a firmware update, but my computer crashed right away—probably the power supply unit.

Not always, but it's the more affordable part to swap out and then check again, hehe.

I faced a comparable issue last year. My PC would shut down unexpectedly during gaming, which triggered BSODs. After stress testing, performance appeared stable for short periods, but then it deteriorated over time. Eventually, I ran another test and observed extremely low FPS. Since I didn’t assemble the system, they suspected GPU problems and replaced it. Oddly enough, the issue began with a simple reboot and worsened after several days.

It might just be the temperature being too high, or there could be a loose connection.

This power supply seems quite outdated; perhaps it's time to switch to something newer. In fact, frequent shutdowns typically suggest an issue with the PSU or motherboard, with the PSU being the most probable cause.

The motherboard might be the cause too, or there could be a problem with the wall power supply. It's not certain it's the PSU, but that seems the most probable reason.
