Hello, Your system runs Windows 7 with Windows 10 installed elsewhere. After restarting into Windows 10, the setup wizard didn’t appear and only showed Windows 7. Please let me know what you see now. Thanks!

Consider rebuilding the BCD settings. https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-rebuild-...ws-2624508 I need to press F11 at startup, which seems like a BIOS problem I'm not willing to tackle (my computer is rarely turned off).
