System Timeout and Lock Problems
Hello, I’m experiencing a problem where my computer’s screen shuts down unexpectedly while it remains powered on, and the lock feature doesn’t activate as it should. This behavior began after adjusting the screen saver settings. There’s no longer a screen saver running, yet the issue persists. I’m trying to understand how to restore the normal operation.
Open Power settings via Control Panel, then Hardware and Sound, and select Edit Plan Settings.
