System suddenly stops working unexpectedly.
I'm dealing with a persistent issue where my computer becomes unresponsive when handling certain tasks. Graphics appear frozen while audio remains functional, and opening some apps only triggers partial responses. In Task Manager I often see the GPU at -1% during video encoding, 3D processing, copying, or decoding, sometimes fluctuating between -1% and 100%, with temperatures hovering around 40-70°C. I've attached a picture for reference, though its quality isn't great. My usual solution is a full PC reset, but it doesn't resolve the problem. This tends to occur while streaming on YouTube or Twitch. Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
