System stops unexpectedly even when not playing a game.
hello, recently i've experienced some odd crashes that seem linked to the gpu driver. i've uninstalled the video driver, installed a new one, updated the driver, reset the gpu, ram, and cpu settings just in case it keeps happening after just a few minutes of turning on my pc. when i get into a game, it runs smoothly for a while, but sometimes the crash takes its time, affecting audio and performance. if that happens, i can run furmark and it usually returns to normal. other times it freezes completely, then restarts, or it shows a black or blue screen before restarting. temperatures are normal, i've attached photos of my hw monitor and task manager data. i'm using custom watercooling for both cpu and gpu, tried reinstalling windows, upgraded the power supply to 1000w, ran sfc/scannow, used windows diagnostic tool, display driver uninstaller, and applied avg free trail tuneup plus driver updates. i'm wondering if my 3090 might be failing now.
