I've tested this several times, and the outcomes remain consistent. When launching games like siege or others with a YouTube video playing in the background, the PC crashes within 5 to 10 seconds. The video must be visible on the tab, not just in the background. This issue started after upgrading to the RTX 2070SUPER, unlike when I used the GTX 1660 SUPER. My setup includes a Ryzen 5600X with 16 GB RAM at 3200 MHz.

60c under load feels impressive. At idle it tends to get quite warm. The abrupt total crash sounds like a memory issue. For single sticks, tools like memtest86 might not reveal anything. Since you're using minimal RAM, the drive can sometimes act as memory too. Was there a page file triggered just before the crash?
Dram isn’t highly probable unless your storage is outdated. Just a crystal disk info to clarify. The app itself doesn’t charge anything. The graphics card side is unrelated; they manage their own internal memory which we’re not discussing. This might relate to PSU components, though. The absence of a dedicated GPU makes power supply issues unlikely, which also accounts for the 500w PSU on an iGP system. Though PSUs can malfunction occasionally. Sometimes software glitches occur—clean installation could resolve it. It’s slower than a quick fix but might be quicker than digging into deeper software issues. I discovered the cause—I have PBO with an advanced configuration I saved several months back. I disabled it and checked the stock options, and everything functions properly now.
