System stops intermittently shortly after power-on!
I upgraded my AIO to a NZXT Kraken 360 RGB and the system boots normally, but it powers off after a short time. The connections look secure. Any solutions?
We require complete details about the setup. Information on the motherboard, RAM, power supply, storage, and other components will help determine the best troubleshooting path. Did the system start up normally before the AIO change, or has this been a recurring problem? Have you performed any checks for overheating or temperature issues?
PSU-1000W Aorus X870E Pro 2TB SATA SSD Corsair 5000X 32GB RAM (16x2) was functioning properly before the AIO upgrade. I verified that all peripherals were securely connected and double-checked everything on the motherboard. After turning it on, temperatures remained normal.
This suggests something is wrong with the AIO. I’d likely remove it, verify the thermal paste and mounting, and recheck everything. If you removed the CPU during the swap, pull it out again to inspect for bent pins or other issues. If the problem persists, perform a memory reseat. Also consider swapping out a different PSU—some failing ones show this as a warning sign. Be precise with your parts: there are many 1000W PSUs, memory modules, and SSDs that fit this profile and could be useful.
Your PSU uses a Corsair RM1000X, paired with a WD Blue SSD and Kingston HyperX Fury RGB. All the cables seem securely attached to the SATA ports.
