Hello, After pressing the power button, the PC powers off after 5 to 10 seconds. This occurred while the PC was in courier—sent to a buyer who had 15 minutes to test it. He returned the PC and provided a video of it shutting down. I connected an HDMI cable to the GPU, but the monitor still doesn’t turn on. Then I tried connecting the HDMI to the motherboard to check for GPU damage, but the monitor also fails. Could this be related to the cold weather (-5°C)? Also, is there a chance it’s due to the power supply? Thanks from now!

Do you have any motherboard codes? Start by accessing the BIOS before disconnecting the dedicated GPU, switching it to auto or turning on the built-in video. Then your HDMI should connect properly. Is the CPU cooler properly placed? It might be overheating and causing shutdowns. It could be due to cold temperatures—PC components operate well in the cold, and they are shipped in that condition daily.

Ensure all connections are secure. RAM and power are active on all ends. CPU, GPU, and other components are functioning correctly.

I turned off most of the devices and reconnected the cables once more, and now the computer started working properly without shutting down.

Couldn't access the bios, but I managed to resolve the issue.
