Hello, I completed assembling my PC and encountered issues when trying to boot it. Everything seems functional except for the cooling and plastic components, and I had an anti-static wristband on. When I press the power button, the fans start up, but then a black screen appears with a line like this __. The CPU cooler fans run at full speed, which is unclear during startup. After a moment, it emits a "click" sound and the system powers off. My build includes an AMD Ryzen 7950x3d, ASRock A620I Lightning Wifi, RX 7800XT with 2x DDR5 16GB RAM, Seasonic TX700 fanless titanium.
The blinking indicator generally signals active posting and checking for boot media, fans operating at full speed, and rapid restarts—this is typically not typical and suggests overheating or an unplugged cooler. Which CPU cooler was installed? Additionally, the system will require memory training during its first boot, causing multiple restarts before it appears on the screen. Ensure you wait a few seconds after powering off before attempting to switch it off.

The cooler model isn't as important as how it's set up. If it's not secured or connected correctly, or if the protective film remains on the cooling block, it might overheat or fail to detect properly. This could also stem from a loose or incorrectly connected power cord.
