Thank you for the response, your compliments mean a lot.
Purchases from different online IT retail stores in my country are noted. Although not necessarily the most economical choice, their products tend to be reliable; most issues with my orders would stem from factory defects.
The Amazon return policy for testing seems reasonable, though I’m not very comfortable with Amazon’s platform for PC-related items. I’ll review some offers and see if they’re worth considering.
Thanks to a friend I managed to obtain a working (though outdated) GPU—a GeForce 210. It started up properly, but when trying to download the drivers it faced the same problems, so I’m currently assuming the existing GPU is still usable.
I’ll continue checking with friends to find compatible parts and keep testing while updating the thread.
