System stopped and won't start beyond the BIOS setup.
I’m having trouble accessing information from the PC. I moved it to another motherboard and received a S.M.A.R.T. report. The failing drive is the boot drive. For getting Windows onto a new drive, try formatting it with a clean install or using a bootable USB drive.
You can generate fresh Windows installation media using another machine and a 16GB USB drive. The process is provided by Microsoft. You’ll need a new storage device for the setup and should try to retrieve information from the existing drive. When both devices are connected at startup, verify your BIOS settings prioritize the new drive for Windows installation.
Happy to assist you, thank you for reaching out. Sorry about the lost drive, good luck and may your computer stay reliable!
