Hey, welcome! I'm new to posting but I really need some guidance. I built a computer in the Fractal Terra case and ended up using a standard tower cooler for the CPU, which didn't fit. I got a Noctua N9i cooler that did fit, but I used the taller one until the Noctua arrived and everything worked perfectly. Now I'm trying to install the new cooler and it's causing a boot cycle issue. I've tried running without it, thinking the mounting was the problem, but it keeps booting and cycling. I also reinstalled the tower cooler and only then did it start working. It seems like switching between the two coolers twice is causing the problem. Any thoughts on what might be going on?

The cooler screws appear to shift as I tighten—sometimes the cooler moves or the screws behave oddly. This setup matches the 17xx Noctua cooler model, confirming compatibility. I’m considering contacting Asus about replacing the board, though that would be disappointing.
