In your video it seems the red light isn't activating for the boot LED, and there appears to be no power reaching any parts. If you remove the front panel connectors and use a screwdriver to touch those two pins, will anything change? Also, could you share a photo of the top half of your motherboard? I'd appreciate seeing the power cable on the left side. 5700x is available since the initial BIOS release for that board.
