Hello, I've been experiencing a series of issues with my PC over the past few days. It was built two weeks ago and has been functioning properly until I entered BIOS and enabled secure boot. I also attempted to activate an XMP profile that was pre-set in the BIOS. After saving and exiting, the system restarted, fans began spinning, and the LEDs on my motherboard and graphics card lit up, but both monitors failed to display anything, and my keyboard and mouse stopped responding. Someone mentioned this might be related to the XMP settings, so I considered reverting the BIOS back to its original configuration. However, I'm still unsure what caused it.
I've tried various monitors and peripherals—everything works fine on other devices. I've also tested turning the PC on without any screens or devices connected, touching the CLR_CMOS jumper with a screwdriver (after powering off), removing the motherboard battery for a few minutes, reinstalling it, disassembling and reassembling everything, installing only one RAM stick, and even swapping the battery. I've also attempted to use an external USB drive with Windows installation media to see if it would recognize the system, but had no success.
I reached out to local repair shops, but they all indicated this issue was beyond their expertise. I'm at a loss and need guidance on how to proceed. If you have any insights or steps I might have missed, I'd really appreciate your help.
