I recently installed a new computer that functioned properly for about a week. It boots up and I can navigate BIOS without issues. However, it freezes whenever it attempts to load Windows, even after booting from a USB drive. The system is built with an Intel 13900KF, an Asus Z790 Prime Wifi motherboard, a Zotac 1660 Super, and a 32 GB Trident Z5 DDR5 6000 RAM setup. The monitor displays specific images during these freezes.

I faced the same issue too. I had to replace the entire CPU to get it running. I changed the motherboards, RAM, HDD, SSD, NVMe, but the only parts I didn’t swap were the power supply and CPU. Since those were the last components I needed, I went ahead and swapped the CPU and it booted immediately. Given my setup—Intel CPU on an AMD AM4—I’d recommend this approach if you’re facing the same problem: 1) Check for bent pins on the motherboard 2) If pins are fine and it’s a retail CPU, try swapping at a store or file an RMA with Intel.
