System starts up however there is no screen and no activity.
I assembled a PC today and it started up smoothly. I installed the necessary software for my RGB setup and everything functioned correctly. After rebooting, I accessed the BIOS via advanced settings under 'UEFI' but the system failed to enter. The power is receiving but no screen appears. Additionally, the red CPU indicator is now normal, yet the motherboard error code panel shows no useful information as shown in the photo.
