My PC turns on but no display on monitor, tried different monitors and cables plugged directly to the board no video card, tried different ram and PSU but still the same. I tried to access it through network remote access from other pc and everything is fine except it has no display, keyboard works too. Asus EX-H310M-V3 Intel Core I3 4 gb ram

It might be the port issue; do you have a dedicated GPU available to test on the system?
