Hi everyone, welcome. I’m new here and wanted your advice. Last night I came home and tried to turn my PC on from sleep, but it didn’t show any picture. After rebooting, the same problem persisted. The system still boots normally—mouse, keyboard, CPU cooler, RAM all display correctly after logging in. I’ve switched HDMI cables and even changed the monitor port without fixing the issue. It’s important to remember the PC functions properly but can’t produce a visual output. The monitor has also been tested. My current setup includes Gigabyte X570i motherboard, Kingston HyperX Fury 2x8GB RAM, Ryzen 5 3600, MSI RTX 2080 Super Ventus XS, and Corsair SF750 power supply. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

It could be related to the monitor itself. Test by disconnecting the power cable and holding the power button for 5 to 10 seconds before reconnecting it.

You should check the GPU next after confirming the cable works. Do you have a different monitor or TV available for testing? Do you own another PC, or would you like to ask someone else to lend their computer?

I checked the system using the TV and it performed the same action. I’m checking if the GPU’s HDMI connection is broken. I’ve ordered a DisplayPort to HDMI cable to test an alternative. It should arrive today.

I connected the original HDMI and it functioned properly this time. I also observed a minidump file, which I'm attaching here. 042624-6468-01.dmp
