I'm assisting a friend with assembling a computer. They've completed two projects successfully and are now facing this one as a challenge. After turning it on, it failed to post and triggered a C5 error on the motherboard. We replaced the RAM following standard instructions but still encountered issues. Upon inspecting the board, bent pins were found. We sent it back to Newegg for another attempt. This time we double-checked that the pins are straight. Despite this, the system still doesn't boot. We're at a complete standstill. What should we do? The motherboard model is an Asus ROG X70E Crosshair Extreme. We've tried both Dominator Platinum RGB DDR5 and G Skillz TRIDENT Z5 RAM with Samsung NVME, AMD Ryzen 9 7950 X3D, and a 4090 graphics card. Added photo June 17, 2023 by TheRealColonelSanders

We removed every RAM except the one in the left second slot. The motherboard now displays code 42 and shows a green light. But the device isn’t working yet.
