People have been working on this for over 13 hours. I just replaced the CPU, GPU, and PSU, but my PC still shows a black screen with no BIOS display. I've tried many fixes—adding RAM, updating BIOS, checking power cables, swapping GPUs and CPUs. Everything worked before this. I'm really worried and don't know what to do next. I followed the troubleshooting steps, but nothing helps. I also updated the BIOS to version 10.01 before installing the new components. My thermal paste is almost gone because I keep reseating the old and new CPUs to test, which is really frustrating. Motherboard: ASROCK b450m HDV R4.0
Old parts: Ryzen 5 3600 GTX 1660 Ti Corsair 550W PSU
New parts: Ryzen 7 5700X RTX 3060 Corsair rm750e

You might want to test another BIOS version on the ASRock site. It seems your motherboard began supporting 5700X after patch 4.90, maybe the latest BIOS is causing issues with the CPU. It’s a complicated situation. Before swapping the old CPU for the new one, have you uninstalled the drivers in Device Manager? Was the BIOS update complete, and did you reset the CMOS when installing the new RAM?

Thanks for your message. It seems you're having trouble updating your BIOS despite previous attempts. Your PC isn't responding, and the CPU drivers weren't even installed. You mentioned resetting the CMOS after installing RAM, but you're facing an issue when powering on. The front panel switch keeps preventing shutdown.

Consider borrowing another RAM stick from someone on this platform. A user reported no signal issues on their PC, and another RAM stick performed well for them.

I attempted an older RAM stick I had before, it functioned but didn’t work properly. I’m unsure how to install the BIOS version without a monitor signal.

Thermal paste isn't always required when reinserting the CPU.
