I recently put in new PC parts for months inside the SSUPD Meshlicious case (using a PCIe 4.0 riser cable). I have an RTX 3060, but my motherboard only supports PCIe 3.0. After setting everything up in the case, all fans started up but nothing appeared. I think the problem lies with the PCIe 4.0 riser cable, so I removed the 3060 and used a 580 from another computer into the slot (it was simpler). With the 580, my system boots into Windows but takes much longer than normal. Every time I press the delete key at startup, it won’t show anything—even after waiting several minutes. I tried opening Windows Recovery and accessing UEFI, but it still didn’t display. I’m unsure what to do since I just wanted to use the 580 to enter UEFI and check for a compatible PCIe 3.0 setting to fix the issue with the riser cable.

What additional specifications does your PC have? Do you have an Intel CPU with built-in graphics that might be worth exploring?

I own an Intel 10400F running on an ASRock B460 motherboard, which means no built-in graphics. I've tested various keyboards and cables, but nothing seems to work. I ended up purchasing a 3.0 riser just to get things going. Appreciate the help!
