The issue seems linked to the Zotac GPU, as Windows can identify the connected port instead of defaulting to HDMI. Do you have any information about the display output to the HDMI adapter?

Is the display functioning properly? Look for any signals indicating it's active or in standby. If unsure, testing on a different monitor might help clarify the issue.

The PC is linked via HDMI 2 to the TV, but only one HDMI port is available on the GPU. You've already tested with another HDMI cable and HDMI 1 on the TV.

I don’t have a monitor available, but I’m using a Samsung 1080p smart TV. I think this is my only option. When I leave it on, there’s no signal, turning it off puts it in standby, and even when I turn it back on, the signal remains absent.

I have two monitors linked to my GPU, yet only one displays the Boost screen while the other remains black. Unit windows boots but doesn’t connect properly via HDMI. Likely the GPU isn’t handling the Boost output correctly—possibly it’s stuck on a different display port. If you have access to an adapter, try switching the output to one of the available Display Ports on your GPU. It’s important to identify which of the three ports is set as the default primary.
