it doesn't really make sense to me, but I managed to get it running once before and I need BIOS for my old MSI 970 gaming. I also used an ASRock 990FX Extreme 6 with BIOS on a TV at one point.

but it possible that this is trying boot at even lower resolution try this have a look at page 56 https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/So...v2_WEB.pdf Clear CMOS and reset to default value.

Don't assume it's resolved just yet—try connecting to another screen, ideally a monitor.

I also tested another HDMI cable and port, but nothing changed—no display until Windows updates. I’m confused because it worked before, yet I’ve done everything possible to fix it.

When using Graphics's HDMI, it might not be the default port on the card; possibly it's a Display Port. Consider removing the graphics card and linking the HDMI directly to the motherboard.

someone with a similar situation: thank you so much, Pkincy. You're right, I discovered the fix for my issues. My motherboard is fine, but my monitor sometimes fails to receive signals from the PC when there are BIOS error messages. I couldn't figure out why it was happening, so I just turned off the TV and turned it back on. That resolved the BIOS warning about "CPU fan speed error." Now I set it to ignore the BIOS settings, and everything works properly. https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.ph...enter-BIOS

Thank you so much, Pkincy. You're correct—I discovered the fix for my issues. My motherboard is functioning properly, but my monitor sometimes fails to receive a signal from the PC due to BIOS error messages. I couldn't pinpoint the cause initially, so I tried turning off the TV and restarting it, which resolved the BIOS alert about CPU fan speed. Now I've switched off the BIOS settings and everything is working smoothly.

I've already tried that—it was the first thing I discovered when researching this problem. It just doesn't make sense. I’d think of using my TV, but it worked once before and now it won’t and I can’t get it back online.
