I recently assembled my new AMD Ryzen 9 3950x system paired with an Asus ROG X570-E gaming graphics card, a GTX 1080 Ti, and a Zotach 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB 3600 at 3600MHz. The hardware is functioning properly, but I’m having trouble accessing the spash screen or any BIOS menu. After contacting Asus, they suggested a CMOS reset and power cable checks, but nothing changed. I received an error code 02 Q-code and couldn’t see my screen to confirm. I tried pressing Enter after a reset to boot into Windows, but still can’t enter BIOS. I attempted to update the BIOS via the built-in tool, but it triggered a storage error. I reset the graphics card, turned off and on my monitor before and after startup, yet the issue persists. I’m planning to reach out to Asus again for further guidance and see if others have encountered the same problem. Thanks!

I’m not relying on a monitor; I’m using my TV since I don’t have space for another one (though I understand it’s not ideal). My previous system (MSI 970 Gaming - AMD FX 8350) never had any problems, and it automatically adjusts when I connect my Xbox 360, even at the lowest resolution. It’s also turned on, so I’m confident it works.
