Pc boots into power saving mode across all monitors i've changed, tried swapping monitors (failed), replaced cables (DVI and HDMI didn't work), adjusted RAM locations (no luck), swapped CMOS battery from an old PC I don't use (still no effect), ordered a fresh CMOS battery expected tomorrow in hope it fixes it. I'm getting anxious about this pc and need to finish my research, TT.

Windows is running in eco mode, while the monitor is not currently booting in that setting.
